​Supporting hormone health is one of the most common things we do in the clinic. For example with menstrual problems like irregular cycles, period pains, premenstrual mood swings, to all things related to perimenopause and menopause. We also support under and overactive thyroid, adrenal imbalances and blood sugar issues. We help people connect the dots between all their symptoms in a holistic way to provide individualised care.

There are many herbs that can support the nervous system and we support people with sleep, insomnia, stress, anxiety, seasonal affective disorder, melancholy and depression. Even though there are many supplements out there, in our experience a personalised formula has much better results. We use a trauma informed approach in the clinic.
