We have now moved our 6 week Kitchen Medicine Course online. The new way we teach this course is by sending a selection of teaching videos and written material each week, followed by an online Q&A the week after.
This means that you can rewind as much as you like, keep them forever and not miss a thing!
You will receive the first class on Thursday 24th February and then we will follow this up on Thursday March 3rd with a live online Q&A once you've had a chance to watch and read the material.
For each class, you will have a week to watch the videos in your own time with accompanying written material, and then a chance to ask any questions and have a discussion together with your fellow students. We have already taught a few of our courses in this format several times, and its always been a great experience.
The Q and A will be between 7.30-8.30pm by zoom on Thursday evenings, starting on Thursday 3rd March and ending on Thursday 7th April. There will be 6 zoom sessions which will be recorded and will be sent out to you afterwards.

Each week will include a practical element where you will make a medicine to take home.

Week 6 Prevention, building resilience - Improve immunity and prevent illness by adding herbs, spices, seaweeds and mushrooms that enhance resilience into your daily life.
We have always taught this course as a hands-on course that will give you the practical skills to start making your own medicines. In order to adapt the course to the online environment, we will explain each practical medicine making task on video demonstrating the skills.
